Benefits of Member Access
By creating your Member Access account you can find the following information online:
Pharmacy Claim Search – You can view:
- Claims that have been or will be paid.
- Claims by date range.
- Summary of claims within a date range.
- Claim details, such as drug name, quantity, days supply, pharmacy, and prescriber.
- This feature maintains16 months of claims, allowing you to access the previous year’s claims for tax purposes.
Copay – You can view your basic pharmacy benefit coverage information (for example, formulary copays).
Deductible – You can view your pharmacy claim deductible information, including deductible limits and deductible status.
Drug Information – You can search for a drug to find its uses, dosage, warnings, image, and so on. You can also check for possible drug interactions.
Drug Pricing – You can determine drug coverage and pricing information related to a specific drug product.
Drug Spend – You can view your true out of pocket (TrOOP) dollar amount you have spent on prescriptions to reach the catastrophic level and then the total drug spend towards your prescriptions.
Pharmacy Locations with Maps & Directions - You can find a Clarian Health Plans (HMO) (HMOPOS) network pharmacy near you and print out driving directions.
How do I register for Member Access?
Registration is quick, easy, and secure. You will be asked to provide some information when you register and create your User ID and Password.
Please have your ID card handy when you start the registration process.
